When placed in a humid terrarium or bioactive enclosure, they may continue to thrive and slowly grow.

If allowed to dry, moss and lichen may change slightly in color but will still retain their beautiful natural textures and woodland character.

These branches are freshly gathered natural materials and will vary in shape, texture, moss coverage, and lichen growth. Each box reflects what is naturally growing in the forest at the time of harvest.

Moss and lichen are delicate living organisms and can be sensitive to shipping conditions such as temperature, humidity, and transit time. While every order is packed carefully and shipped quickly via USPS Priority Mail, some drying, color change, or minor shedding of moss or lichen may occur during transit.

In many cases, when placed in a humid terrarium or bioactive environment, moss and lichen may rehydrate and continue to thrive.

Because these are natural forest materials, small bits of bark, soil, or forest debris may occasionally be present.

Helpful Tip

If your branches arrive slightly dry from travel, simply placing them in a humid terrarium or lightly misting them can help the moss and lichen rehydrate. These forest organisms are naturally resilient and often perk back up once returned to a moist environment.
